I’m available for traditional Face to face sessions, digital Ridesum sessions via video streaming and also for feedback on pre-recorded videos. I can also coach you via Ridesum on warm-up at competitions!

It’s a great timesaver, better for the environment and a possibility for us to train more frequently!

You can train digitally live on your own or with the help of a person that does the filming. How you choose to train is something you determine at the time of your training session. I’m coaching you via my tablet or computer and you will be able to hear me via your headset.
